Note: The hourly rate for this position is $20 - $25 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cabinet shop employees, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient operations
  • Oversee the production schedule, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget
  • Monitor the quality of work, ensuring that all cabinets meet company standards and customer specifications
  • Train and mentor new employees in cabinet assembly, finishing, and safety procedures
  • Manage inventory levels of materials and supplies, placing orders as necessary to maintain production flow
  • Ensure that all machinery and tools are properly maintained and in safe working condition

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in cabinet manufacturing or woodworking, with at least 1 years in a supervisory role
  • Proficient in woodworking techniques, tools, and machinery
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Ability to lift heavy materials and operate machinery
  • Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to noise and dust
