Project Manager – Custom Homes & Commercial Multifamily Greater Vail, CO | $100K–$150K Base + Profit Sharing | Relocation + Signing Bonus

Are you an experienced Project Manager ready to take the lead on luxury custom homes and commercial multifamily projects in the stunning Greater Vail area?

We’re hiring for a long-term, 5-year development that includes ground-up custom homes and commercial multifamily builds. This is your chance to be part of a high-impact, high-visibility project—with a clear path to Senior PM within a year.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage ground-up construction for both custom homes and commercial multifamily projects
• Lead preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, and on-site execution
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors
• Ensure quality, timeliness, and cost control from start to finish
• Solve problems in real-time and keep your projects running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years of PM experience in high-end residential and/or commercial multifamily construction
• Proven leadership and communication skills
• Strong organization and a collaborative mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced mountain town environment
