Skilled Carpenter

Experienced Frame to Finish Carpenters needed full-time for GC focused on home remodeling & additions in high end homes. We have options for W2 employees and 1099 subcontractors

We build room additions, porches & decks, finish basements & attics, renovate interior spaces, remodel kitchens & bathrooms, and perform siding & rot repairs and other misc tasks. Candidates must be organized, timely, detailed, and able to communicate with project managers & clients.

Duties include but not limited to:
-Light framing
-Install windows & doors
-Siding installation
-Interior Trim installation
-Light Plumbing & Electrical knowledge helpful but not needed.
-Miscellaneous scope associated with project progression or completion.

40+ hours per week guaranteed. Pay will be weekly.

Basic hand tools required for W2 employee. 1099 sub should be self sufficient

Pay based on experience but $25-40/hr expected for level of experience required by employer. 1099 contract opportunities available
