IES Residential is currently seeking a skilled and organized Plumbing Supervisor to lead our plumbing teams on residential new construction projects. This role requires a professional who can effectively communicate with home builders and internal team members, manage subcontractors, and oversee plumbing operations from groundbreaking to final inspections. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plumbing systems, code compliance, and workflow coordination across all construction phases.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise plumbing crews and subcontractors throughout the full lifecycle of residential new builds.
Coordinate with home builders, project managers, and site supervisors to ensure timelines, specifications, and quality standards are met.
Perform quality checks and punch-outs during all plumbing phases, including rough-in, top-out, and final trim.
Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing issues, ensuring adherence to safety and code requirements.
Maintain daily job logs and progress tracking using digital tools and mobile apps.
Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are used and stored properly.
Foster a positive team culture and provide training or coaching to plumbing technicians as needed.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of supervisory, management, or team lead experience
Proven expertise in residential plumbing systems and installation practices
Strong organizational and communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and inspire a diverse team
Professional demeanor and customer service focus
Proficiency with smartphones, tablets, and project management technology
Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record
Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
OSHA 10/30 certification is a plus
Experience with high-volume residential builders or large-scale subdivisions
