Contractors Position - Handyman for Property Management Company

Large property management company in Scottsdale is looking for a highly skilled handyman to conduct quarterly preventative maintenance checks and complete Work Orders and/or turnovers to make a home "Rent Ready". The right person for this job is reliable, organized and thorough. You will need to conduct move-out/in inspections and provide detailed estimates for all necessary repairs. Must have experience in minor plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, etc.

This is a contractors position.

Requirements:
Common knowledge of preventative maintenance
Professional and friendly approach to residents
Reliable vehicle, valid drivers license, and insurance
General Liability Insurance and Workers Comp within 30 days
Smartphone or tablet with reliable internet
Use company provided forms
Your own tools

Tech savvy on smartphone/tablet to email, upload pictures, short videos, and reports
Wear the provided company shirt and name badge
