Misty Mountain Woodworks is hiring a Lead Cabinet Installer to join our talented and passionate team. Were a close-knit group of 12 skilled craftsmen and designers dedicated to building and installing custom woodworking and luxury cabinetry throughout Southwest Montana.
Our installers are the final step in bringing each project to lifethey are the face of our craftsmanship and the ones who ensure every detail of our design is executed with excellence. This is a high-responsibility role that carries significant weight within our company.

About the Role:

We are looking for a reliable, confident, and professional lead installer who is passionate about woodworking and takes pride in a job well done. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving on the fly, working with a collaborative team, and delivering an exceptional final product to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the on-site installation of custom cabinetry and woodworking projects
- Interpret shop drawings and specifications with precision
- Communicate with clients, designers, and team members to ensure a smooth installation process
- Solve challenges creatively and efficiently in the field
- Represent Misty Mountain Woodworks with professionalism and pride

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of cabinetry and woodworking installation experience
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Proven ability to lead and manage job sites
- Valid drivers license
- Clean driving record (required to be insured on company vehicles)
- Comfortable working throughout SW Montana (within 5100 miles of Belgrade)
- Physically capable of working long shifts and regularly lifting 50100 lbs
