Contract Handyman for private homes

Were a small, tech-forward property-management team that maintains a curated network of owner-occupied single-family homes (no rentals or tenants). We're looking for an additional handyman to join our crew. You'll get a steady stream of well-scoped jobs without chasing leads or haggling over prices.

Jump in for 20-30 hours/week as an independent 1099 contractor . Pick the days and times that fit your schedule weekday mornings, afternoons, evenings, or weekend availability all work well. We batch visits around your weekly availability and handle homeowner communication and getting parts/materials so you can focus on excellent work and service.

• Proactive maintenance swap filters, test smoke/CO alarms, lubricate hinges, re-grout sinks, etc.
• Repairs & punch-list patch drywall, touch-up paint, mount TVs/art, adjust doors & cabinets, sharpen caulk lines.
• Light electrical & plumbing fixture/switch installs, faucet swaps, garbage disposals, slow-drain fixes.
• Odd-jobs hang holiday lights, fill a low tire, bring in mail while clients travel.

• Hands-on experience in residential handyman or facilities roles (references help).
• Pride in craftsmanship and cleanlinessno sloppy joints or paint drips.
• Your own reliable vehicle and a solid, well-maintained tool kit.
• Clear, friendly communication with homeowners and an operations team via text/app.
• Ability to pass a background check and valid drivers license.
