We're looking for a reliable and skilled General Construction Worker to join our crew and support our painting projects with general labor and construction tasks.

Job Description:
As a General Construction Worker, you will assist our painting crews with preparation, cleanup, and other essential construction duties. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a strong work ethic, basic construction knowledge, and a willingness to learn and grow within the company.

Responsibilities:

Assist with surface preparation (sanding, scraping, masking, etc.)

Load and unload materials and equipment

Set up and break down scaffolding, ladders, and work areas

Perform minor carpentry, drywall repair, or patchwork as needed

Maintain a clean and organized job site

Support painters/carpenters and supervisors with daily tasks

Follow all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines

Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

1+ year of construction or general labor experience preferred

Reliable transportation to job sites throughout the Bay Area

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders or scaffolding

Familiarity with basic hand and power tools

Bilingual Preferred (English & Spanish)

Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude

Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Must be punctual, dependable, and hardworking
