We are a growing, privately held, mid-sized residential general contracting and engineering firm based in San Mateo. With over 20 years of experience in construction management and high-end custom home building, we take pride in quality craftsmanship and attention to detail.
As a vertically integrated company, we self-perform demolition, excavation, framing, flooring, finish carpentry, painting, and tile workallowing us to maintain full control over cost, schedule, and quality. Our team is committed to client satisfaction, and we foster a work culture that supports cross-training, collaboration, and continuous learning. We operate in a fast-paced, focused, and fun environment located on the Peninsula.
Job Responsibilities
Assist with light construction tasks
Support site cleanup and minor demolition
Light digging and general labor work
Experience in other construction trades is a huge plus and will receive priority consideration
Requirements
Must speak and write English fluently
Ability to pass a drug screening
Physically able to lift 50+ lbs
Reliable, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Honest, dependable, and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Benefits
40 hours per week with occasional overtime
401(k) and health benefits available after probationary period
