Join our collaborative and experienced team as a Custom Cabinet Maker, where your precision and craftsmanship will help bring high-end residential cabinetry to life. We specialize in new construction residential projects, delivering quality-built cabinets to discerning homeowners, builders, and designers.
This is a full-time, on-site position for experienced woodworkers who take pride in their craft and enjoy working in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
Cabinet Assembly: Build and assemble standard base and upper cabinets with precision and attention to detail.
Tool Operation: Use a variety of woodworking equipment, including table saws, vertical panel saws, edge banders, and CNC machines. (Training provided where needed.)
Material Knowledge: Work with a range of hardwoods, plywoods, veneers, and finishes to achieve project specs.
Blueprint Reading: Accurately interpret shop drawings, layouts, and cut lists.
Joinery & Fit: Ensure all cabinet components are fitted and joined to the highest quality standard.
Problem Solving: Identify and resolve any construction issues to keep workflow efficient and projects on schedule.
Safety & Standards: Follow all shop safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
Team Collaboration: Communicate and coordinate with fellow builders, finishers, and project managers to deliver smooth project execution.
What Were Looking For
Minimum 23 years of experience in cabinet making or high-end woodworking (residential preferred)
Strong working knowledge of wood materials, joinery techniques, and cabinet construction
Ability to read and interpret shop drawings and blueprints
Skilled in precise measuring, cutting, and assembly
Comfortable using shop machinery and willing to train on specialized tools (CNC, edge bander, vertical panel saw)
Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Physically able to lift and move materials as needed
