Paint Estimator

Pay: $22-26 per hour
Shift: Monday thru Friday

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Estimator with expertise in painting techniques for multifamily and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be experienced in preparing accurate estimates, working collaboratively with operations staff, and communicating effectively with clients. This role is essential to ensuring our projects are scoped correctly and executed smoothly from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Review and understand project scopes, including painting, repairs, and surface preparation.
Prepare detailed, accurate estimates outlining all necessary work for internal operations teams.
Collaborate with operations staff to ensure timely submission and execution of work.
Represent the company professionally and provide excellent customer service to property managers and clients.
Communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email with clients and team members.
Adhere to company protocols when entering and assessing properties.

Qualifications
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Solid understanding of painting methods and techniques for various surfaces and property types.
Previous experience as an estimator in painting, construction, or related trades preferred.
High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Highly organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Travel required within the DFW area
