Welders needed (AWS and/or AISC certified)

About the Role:
Bly Con is seeking skilled and certified Welders to join our growing team. If you're AWS or AISC certified, take pride in high-quality work, and thrive in a fast-paced commercial construction environment we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
Perform structural and miscellaneous welding tasks in line with AWS or AISC standards

Read and interpret blueprints, welding symbols, and technical drawings

Inspect materials and finished welds for accuracy and quality

Maintain safety and compliance standards on all job sites

Collaborate with fabricators, foremen, and project teams

Requirements:
Valid AWS D1.1 or AISC welding certification

Minimum 5 years of welding experience in commercial or industrial construction

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Ability to work from heights and in various field conditions

Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to job sites (if required)
