Architectural Construction Administrator
Full-Time | Based in Dallas, TX | Limited Travel | Starting at $85K+ BOE
Overview:
An established architectural firm is seeking a Registered Architect or seasoned construction professional to provide Construction Administration services for multi-family residential projects nationwide. Projects vary in construction type and density, ranging from low- to high-density developments. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving in the field, communicating with construction teams, and supporting projects through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide construction-phase architectural support across multiple multifamily developments.
- Respond to RFIs and ASIs, including drawing/specification updates as needed.
- Review and comment on shop drawings submitted in various formats.
- Perform periodic on-site visits to evaluate progress and quality.
- Lead and document construction progress meetings.
Requirements:
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Strong background in preparing construction documents and knowledge of construction methods.
- Interest or prior experience in multifamily and mixed-use projects.
- Familiarity with CADD, Bluebeam, and Procore is preferred.
- Professional architectural degree is a plus.
- Must be willing to travel occasionally.
