Architectural Construction Administrator

Full-Time | Based in Dallas, TX | Limited Travel | Starting at $85K+ BOE

Overview:

An established architectural firm is seeking a Registered Architect or seasoned construction professional to provide Construction Administration services for multi-family residential projects nationwide. Projects vary in construction type and density, ranging from low- to high-density developments. This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving in the field, communicating with construction teams, and supporting projects through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide construction-phase architectural support across multiple multifamily developments.
  • Respond to RFIs and ASIs, including drawing/specification updates as needed.
  • Review and comment on shop drawings submitted in various formats.
  • Perform periodic on-site visits to evaluate progress and quality.
  • Lead and document construction progress meetings.

Requirements:

  • Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Strong background in preparing construction documents and knowledge of construction methods.
  • Interest or prior experience in multifamily and mixed-use projects.
  • Familiarity with CADD, Bluebeam, and Procore is preferred.
  • Professional architectural degree is a plus.
  • Must be willing to travel occasionally.
