Construction Laborer & Carpenters

D+M Development is hiring a construction laborer in Nashville, TN (various locations)
Support various tasks as needed at construction sites. Pick up supplies/materials, assist in site cleanup, painting, demolition.

Job duties:
Maintaining safe and clean job sites
Miscellaneous carpentry
Carefully follow instructions from project managers, and site supervisors
Loading and unloading building materials
Cleaning the construction site by removing debris and hazardous materials
Assist craft workers such as carpenters or electricians with their duties, if needed

Job Qualifications:
Able to lift 80lbs safely and perform repetitive physical tasks
Able to load and unload dispatch trucks
Should exhibit good judgment in the field including safe work practices around live
traffic and adhere to the company policy at all times
Ability to operate motorized hand tools and equipment required
Able to accurately use rulers and calculate measurements
Cooperative team player attitude is required
Punctual and reliable

Job Requirements:
Valid drivers license
Minimum of three years of experience
For Carpenters, minimum of five years of experience

Schedule: M-F 7am-4pm
