?? Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate day-to-day construction site activities to meet project timelines and quality standards
Serve as the primary communication link between project managers, subcontractors, engineers, and clients
Track and manage material deliveries, equipment, and subcontractor work performance
Conduct site inspections and provide detailed progress reports
Ensure compliance with OSHA and all local building codes and safety regulations
Maintain accurate project documentation, including logs, schedules, and reports
Identify and resolve on-site challenges promptly to avoid project delays
Assist in cost monitoring, scheduling updates, and documentation reviews
?? Education & Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Minimum 2 years of experience in construction coordination or project support roles preferred
Washington State residency required
?? Preferred Certifications:
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification
Certified Construction Manager (CCM) or equivalent certification
LEED Green Associate certification (a plus)
?? Technical Skills:
Proficient in construction management software such as:
Procore
Bluebeam Revu
Basic AutoCAD knowledge
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Smartsheet or equivalent project tracking tools
?? Key Competencies:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to interpret blueprints, construction plans, and specifications
Knowledge of construction methods, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
