We are currently seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager.
The Reconstruction Project Manager is responsible for managing a wide range of functions necessary to obtain and successfully execute reconstruction projects. They are responsible for ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors, resource providers, and company employees involved in reconstruction services.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities
Project Initiation
- Educate customers on reconstruction process.
Project Planning
- Identify and document project scope of work.
- Review estimates.
- Review budgets.
Project Execution
- Create project schedule and timeline.
- Identify and qualify subcontractors and resource providers.
- Negotiate terms and set expectations.
- Plan, organize, and manage crews and subcontractors.
- Schedule all subcontractors and material suppliers.
- Ensure all work performed complies with the plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements of the scope of work.
Customer Satisfaction
- Be responsible for customer service and management of the customer experience.
- Compile and resolve punch list items.
- Perform final walk-through with customer.
Necessary Experience
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Education Intermediate math skills
- Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
Formal /Training
- High school diploma/GED
- College Degree (Preferred)
Physical and Work Environment Requirements
- Walking and/or standing throughout the day. Frequent driving and sitting. Occasionally climbing ladders

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Starting at $70,000/annually, depending on experience
The pay is based on industry experience with opportunity for advancement, training and Industry certifications for the qualified candidate.
Offers of employment are contingent on passing a background check and drug screen.
