Construction Laborer**

**Job Description**

The Production Team Member will assist in all aspects of manufacturing our precast beams and hollow core product lines. They interpret blueprints as a guide to measure, mark, and build structural components. The Production Team Member relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job while meeting company safety, quality, and productivity targets.

**Responsibilities**

+ Assist in all aspects of manufacturing precast beams and hollow core product lines.

+ Interpret blueprints to measure, mark, and build structural components.

+ Follow instructions and pre-established guidelines to meet safety, quality, and productivity targets.

**Essential Skills**

+ Experience in construction and concrete work.

+ Proficiency with hand tools.

+ Ability to read tape measures and blueprints.

+ Physical ability to lift 50-75 lbs regularly.

+ Capability to work in all types of weather conditions.

**Additional Skills & Qualifications**

+ Experience with rebar and concrete form work.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr.

Offer Medical, dental, vision, PTO, sick pay, and Holiday pay

This is a fully onsite position in Monroe,WI.
