Plumber Needed

A Father and Son Plumbing company, who pride themselves on providing high quality plumbing services. We are looking for an experienced plumber to efficiently take on a variety of plumbing tasks ranging from service and repair, repipes, remodels, and rooter service. Qualifications

Knowledge of water lines, gas lines and drain systems.
Minimum of three years plumbing experience.
Must have own hand tools and equipment (channel locks, pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, etc.)
Provable clean driving record.
Bilingual is a plus.
Good communication and social skills.
Must be able to work in varying spaces, be in good physical condition and strength (crawling under properties, working beneath
sinks and small spaces, moving machinery etc.)
Critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multitask (problem solving, repairs, communication with customers, writing invoices immediately following job,
collecting payments, electronically submitting completed invoice to office manager, etc.)

Responsibilities

Assemble and install plumbing systems.
Troubleshooting and repair all water, gas and drain line systems.
Knowledgeable of building codes to pass inspections on new construction jobs, both commercial and residential.
Perform rooter service for mainlines and local drains inside properties (kitchen drains, bathroom sinks, showers, etc.)
Knowledge of different sewer machines.
Prepare written proposals.
Adhere to safety policies and procedures.
Ability to handle physical workload.
