Maintenance Supervisor**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a mechanically inclined Maintenance Supervisor to oversee a team of four technicians. The ideal candidate will be adept at providing clear and concise directions, possess excellent communication skills, and have hands-on experience with hand and power tools, particularly in installation. The role requires a proactive individual who can assist the team as needed.
**Responsibilities**
+ Oversee the assembly of 98 workstations.
+ Handle and transport materials for workstation assembly.
+ Disconnect wires from previous workstation setups.
+ Install and secure housing boxes on the back of workstations using hand and power tools.
+ Organize cords into housing boxes and along the backside of workstations.
+ Secure all cords and ensure proper connections back into the workstations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Supervising experience with a team of at least 4-5 workers.
+ Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.
+ Ability to give clear directions and instructions.
+ Excellent management skills.
+ Strong communication skills.
+ Proficient in wire organization and connections.
+ Ability to perform heavy lifting and material handling.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in construction, mechanical, general maintenance, and general electrical work.
+ Knowledge of wiring and preventive maintenance.
+ Understanding of operations management and management skills.
+ Ability to lift 40-50lbs and work 8 hours a day on a hard cement floor.
+ Good attendance record and organizational skills.

The dress code includes PPE such as high-visibility vests, glasses, hard hats, gloves, earplugs, and steel-toe shoes/boots. Jeans and t-shirts are acceptable, but avoid loose or baggy clothing.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
