We are currently seeking one experienced Plumber and one experienced Pipefitter to join our team for a high-profile project at an active construction site in Millsboro, DE, supporting operations at DuPont. Candidates must be capable of laying out and installing systems based on construction drawings and blueprints. This is a hands-on role involving a wide range of piping and plumbing systems in a dynamic industrial environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Interpret and work from blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.
+ Install and fit piping systems including:
+ Domestic water
+ Lab waste and vent systems (polypropylene socket fusion/mechanical joint)
+ Gas systems (high purity air, nitrogen, vacuum, CO, cylinder gas)
+ Water systems (DI/RO water, process chilled water, chemical treatment)
+ Chemical waste and ventilation
+ Sanitary waste systems
+ Stormwater and natural gas distribution
+ Trench and floor drainage systems
+ Welded stainless steel drainage
+ Install ADA-compliant commercial bathrooms, safety showers, eyewash stations, and commercial kitchen plumbing.
+ Use hand and power tools to cut, bend, and install copper and stainless steel piping.
+ Perform mechanical assembly, layout, and installation of piping systems.
+ Ensure compliance with safety standards and building/plumbing codes.

**Qualifications**
+ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Completion of a vocational/technical school or recognized plumbing apprenticeship preferred.
+ Experience: Minimum of 6 years in the plumbing or pipefitting trade. Experience on industrial or commercial job sites is essential.
+ Licensing: Journeyman Plumbers License preferred.
+ Technical Skills: Ability to locate and document underground piping, interpret schematics, and use electrical test equipment.
+ Physical Requirements:
+ Lift and carry up to 50 lbs frequently, and up to 100 lbs occasionally.
+ Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and reaching.
+ Work in indoor and outdoor environments, including dusty or noisy conditions.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $30.00/hr.
