Plumber Job Description The Plumber is responsible for maintaining a 5-star experience for both co-workers and customers through plumbing maintenance and sales processes. This role involves working directly with customers to provide and explain all necessary information to help them make informed decisions regarding their plumbing needs. The position involves diagnosing and repairing plumbing and drain-related issues within residential homes. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing and drain-related issues within residential homes. Provide expert advice to customers, assisting them in making informed decisions regarding their plumbing needs. Maintain a 5-star experience for customers and co-workers alike. Practice and promote the company's mission statement and core values. Essential Skills Previous plumbing field experience. Proficiency with plumbing tools, equipment, and materials. Ability to build strong customer relationships. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in selling in-home services is strongly desired. Flexibility and adaptability in work schedules and assignments. Current, valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record. Certifications or licensing in plumbing or septic are a plus, though not required. Ability to work in a safe manner. Why Work Here?
