Electrical Maintenance Technician**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of electrical systems and equipment, with a focus on reactive maintenance and preventive measures.
**Responsibilities**
+ Perform troubleshooting and maintenance of PLC systems.
+ Handle electrical systems operating at 480V.
+ Maintain and repair motor controls and 3-phase motors.
+ Conduct preventive maintenance and reactive repairs.
+ Work with Siemens and Profibus systems.
+ Repair and maintain hydraulics and pneumatics systems.
+ Perform large bearing removal and installation.
+ Manage SSR and PLC systems.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proficiency in PLC troubleshooting.
+ Strong knowledge of 480V electrical systems.
+ Experience with motor controls.
+ Ability to read and interpret schematics.
+ Understanding of AC/DC electrical systems.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Technical school degree preferred.
+ Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
+ Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
+ Knowledge of gearboxes and heaters.

**Work Environment**
This position is for the 1st shift, working Monday to Friday from 7am to 3:30pm. The facility hosts 450 personnel across three sites, fostering a collaborative environment. The dress code is casual, allowing for jeans or khakis paired with a polo. The shift pattern includes 2 days on, 2 days off, followed by 3 days on and 3 days off.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kutztown, Pennsylvania.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
