Forklift Operator Job Description Join a dynamic team dedicated to manufacturing residential and commercial insulation as a Forklift Operator. This role involves operating a sit-down forklift to efficiently manage the movement of materials within our production environment. Responsibilities Operate a sit-down forklift to unload drums from trucks. Move drums onto pallets and stock materials once drums are filled with product. Transfer drums to trucks for shipping. Push and pull drums weighing up to 50lbs. Essential Skills Minimum of 5 years of recent sit-down forklift experience. Proficiency in operating forklifts and picking skills. Experience in a production or warehouse environment. Additional Skills & Qualifications Preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments. Work Environment Work in a clean and organized non-climate controlled environment alongside a dedicated team of five. Enjoy regular hours from 8 AM to 5 PM, with potential overtime and early Friday finishes from 7 AM to 3:30/4 PM to start your weekend early. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NA, Texas. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
