**Who You Are:**

Someone with a minimum of 5 years experience in heavy-duty truck

maintenance including supervisory or leadership experience. CDL-A

preferred, NH licensed state inspection officer. DOT Brake Certification

preferred.

We are looking for a dependable team player with good communication

skills to support the efficient and effective operation of the fleet

maintenance department.

**What you will be doing:**

- Assist mechanics with routine maintenance and repairs on trucks and

heavy equipment.

- Support shop operations by organizing tools, equipment, and parts.

- Help with tracking inventory levels and notifying the Parts

Coordinator when supplies run low.

- Clean and maintain the shop area, ensuring a safe and orderly

workspace.

- Drive company vehicles for parts pickup, inspections, or deliveries

as needed (CDL not required but a plus).

- Complete basic service tasks such as greasing, oil changes, and

fluid checks under supervision.

- Perform safety checks and help document inspections and maintenance

logs.

- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times.

**Additional requirements of this job:**

- Ensures adherence to DOT, OSHA, and company safety regulations in

all maintenance activities.

- Conducts safety inspections and oversees environmental and waste

management compliance.

- Leads safety training initiatives and promotes a proactive culture

of workplace safety.

**Requirements for this position:**

- Must be able to lift and maneuver a minimum of 50 to 75 pounds as

required throughout the workday.

- Bending, squatting, climbing, standing for long periods of time.

- Must be able to maneuver in and out of vehicles safely.

- Must be able to climb ladders (on vehicles) when necessary.

- Must be able to work long and flexible hours as necessary.
