Purpose\:
As a Senior Field Engineer at Worley, you will be instrumental in bridging engineering designs with real-world construction site conditions. This role involves planning, scheduling, and supervising field engineering activities, providing technical guidance, and ensuring that construction operations align with project goals and timelines. Responsibilities\:
- Project Planning and Supervision\: Plan, schedule, and oversee field engineering work in your assigned area, ensuring alignment with project objectives and construction programs.
- Technical Guidance\: Provide technical support and guidance to construction teams, interpreting engineering designs, blueprints, and specifications to ensure feasibility and compliance with project requirements.
- Quality Assurance\: Conduct thorough inspections and quality checks of completed construction tasks, verifying adherence to design specifications and industry best practices.
- Team Leadership\: Direct and lead multidisciplinary teams, fostering a collaborative environment and mentoring junior staff to support their professional development.
- Stakeholder Collaboration\: Collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
- Risk Management\: Identify potential risks or issues that could impact project timelines or deliverables and recommend appropriate corrective actions.

- Experience\: Extensive experience in field engineering roles, including supervisory and project management responsibilities.
- Technical Proficiency\: Strong understanding of construction principles, methodologies, and best practices; proficiency in interpreting engineering designs and technical specifications.
- Leadership Skills\: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a focus on mentoring and developing team members.
- Communication\: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders and presenting complex information clearly.
- Problem-Solving\: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and develop tactical plans for implementing organizational goals.
- Adaptability\: Ability to work in dynamic environments, managing multiple projects simultaneously and adapting to changing client needs and regulatory landscapes.
- Systems Knowledge\: Advanced understanding of systems, processes, and tools related to field engineering; ability to assist others and troubleshoot issues.
- Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field.
- Equivalent relevant experience.
