Algar Home Improvement is hiring an experienced Carpenter (510 yrs experience). Plenty of steady work available. Were looking for someone dependable, skilled, and capable of working solo on residential job sites. For the right person, this role could grow into a Site Lead/Site Supervisor position.

What Were Looking For:

510 years of residential carpentry experience (framing, trim, remodeling, etc.)

Able to work independently and keep a clean, safe job site

Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship

Punctual, professional, and trustworthy

Bonus if you have:

Your own hand/power tools

Any lead or supervisory experience

Job Details:

$25/hour starting pay

Consistent full-time hours available

Mostly residential projects, location varies by job site

Potential to grow into a Site Supervisor role
