Position Specific Description

Incentives is responsible for the overall recognition and participation of the Everbright portfolio in various incentive programs. As a project manager, you will be responsible for profit and loss accountability, compliance, and implementation in multiple incentive markets.

Primary Responsibilities:
Manage the application and reporting requirements of targeted incentive programs in multiple states
Plans, coordinates and completes project(s) within budgetary and scheduling guidelines
Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
Secures required resources and uses formal processes and tools to manage resources, budgets, risks and changes
Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis
Identifies issues and challenges, measures and validates results, and implements solutions
Provides information to internal and external clients on various issues
This will require collaboration with stakeholders across the entire organization including sales, deal processing, technology, operations, finance, legal, and compliance
Research new state-level incentive programs and changes to current programs
Performs other job-related duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
  • Experience: 0+ years
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's Degree
  • Project Management Professional (PMP)
