Land Surveyor in Training

Nesco Resource has been exclusively retained by one of our long-standing engineering partners—a respected civil engineering and surveying firm serving both private and public sector clients—to identify a Land Surveyor-in-Training (LSIT) to join their growing team.
About the Company
This firm offers comprehensive professional services in civil engineering and land surveying, providing end-to-end support from project planning and design through to construction administration. Their diverse project portfolio includes residential, commercial, municipal, and industrial developments.
Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and assist in the execution of boundary, topographic, and platting surveys.
• Coordinate and manage field crews, including scheduling, planning, and daily operations.
• Review and manage field data collection and perform related calculations.
• Support licensed surveyors (RPLS) in preparing final deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with CAD technicians and field teams to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintain and foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Active LSIT certification, or the ability to obtain one within 6 months.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience
