Lead Estimator

This Lead Estimator Position Features:
AppleOne has partnered with Plumbing Company in Corona, CA to assist them in hiring a Lead Estimator.

This individual will act as a key contributor in project pursuits, and coordinate with the field and project management teams.

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze architectural drawings and identify value-engineering opportunities.
Provide detailed material and labor takeoffs using AutoBid software.
Organize and thoroughly review set of plans to take-off and prepare scope of work and price proposals to meet customer deadlines.
Process RFI submissions, change orders, and ensure proper documentation throughout the bid process.
Review all final estimate packages to ensure accuracy and completeness.
