Position Overview
Were looking for a motivated Electrician Helper to join our team. In this role, youll assist our journeyman electricians on job sitesrunning wire, setting up tools, and ensuring each project runs smoothly from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in pulling and running wire, installing devices, and setting up equipment
Carry tools, ladders, and materials to and from trucks and job sites
Prepare work areas (protect floors, layout materials, clean up debris)
Help install conduit, boxes, fixtures, and panels under direction
Follow electrical schematics and instructions from the lead electrician
Perform basic troubleshooting tasks (voltage checks, continuity tests)

Maintain tools and equipmentkeep them clean, organized, and in safe working order
Uphold all safety protocols and PPE requirements on every job

Qualifications
12 years of hands-on electrical experience (residential or commercial)
Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and willingness to learn
Fluent Englishable to communicate clearly with team members and clients
Positive attitude and team-player mentality
Comfortable working in varied environments: attics, crawlspaces, outdoors
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods
