MAINTENANCE WORKER - SKILLED -- Carpentry, Drywall, Painting etc.

The work is flexible Approx. 8 hrs per day (40 hrs. per week).
We pay $24 / hour.
You must have Your OWN TRANSPORT (this is Non-Negotiable) as there are different work locations.
Must be capable of working unsupervised as well as with small team.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED (but not limited to) :
Painting
Basic Plumbing
Carpentry
Drywall
Cleaning, Lifting, Carrying Materials & Equipment
Anything which comes up in the normal course of building maintenance.
Note: We expect Proper Workmanship, Attention to Detail and Timekeeping
