Electrical Superintendent

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations of electrical construction projects, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure on-time and on-budget completion.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of electricians, apprentices, and other field personnel.
• Perform regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Review project plans and specifications, identifying potential issues and implementing solutions.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including change orders, daily reports, and safety logs.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with local, state, and national electrical codes and regulations.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress, challenges, and milestones.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in electrical construction, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale electrical projects from start to finish.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and project plans.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• OSHA 30-hour certification (preferred).
• Journeyman Electrician or Master Electrician license (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
