Maintenance Mechanic

Industrial Plant Maintenance 2nd shift 3pm-11pm

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team in Swedesboro, NJ. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing preventative maintenance on all mechanical conveyance. This role involves completing daily, weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly work orders, as well as participating in occasional major projects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance on all mechanical conveyance systems.
• Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all plant equipment.
• Complete scheduled work orders (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
• Participate in major projects as needed.
• Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.
• Document maintenance activities and report issues to management.
• Collaborate with other team members to maintain a smooth and efficient operation.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Plant Maintenance Technician or in a similar role.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.

Work Environment:

• Industrial plant setting.
• Exposure to various electrical systems and machinery.
• Must be able to lift and move heavy equipment as needed.
• Safety gear and protocols must be adhered to at all times.
