General Laborer

We are hiring General Labor / Food Packaging Associates to join our team in a cold food production facility . This is a hands-on role for reliable, motivated individuals comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with food products. All necessary training and protective gear will be provided.

• Package raw and finished food products

• Operate cryovac machines to seal items

• Push meat into packaging bags using mechanical horns

• Sort, repair, relabel, and restack pallets or cases

• Assist in unloading trailers and general warehouse tasks

• Wash trucks/trailers and refuel vehicles as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work area following all safety guidelines

• Ability to stand for long periods and work in a cold environment (3237F)

• Team player with a positive, dependable attitude

• Self-motivated and punctual

• Previous experience in food production, warehouse, or general labor is a plus but not required

• No specific education or certifications required
