As the Supervisor, you will perform skilled duties in the operation and maintenance of utility and building systems and Direct Facilities Engineering for day to day activities. You will be a part of a dynamic team that works closely with Manufacturing to provide planning and support. Where you come in: Performs and facilitates operation and maintenance of utility, building systems, clean room environments. Will be assigned Supervisor duties and responsibilities. Coaching and developing teammates within the Facilities department. Assist management with budgets, KPI performances, department goals, and overall customer support. What makes you successful: Your unique skills will strengthen the team in a way to make it more rounded and proficient. Must have applicable knowledge of Facilities Maintenance and GMP process. Able to read, understand and discuss CAD drawings, blueprints, system and equipment diagrams and P&IDs. Has proficient knowledge and understanding of engineering fundamentals with respect to Mechanical and electrical systems and equipment. Proficient use and maintenance of hand and power tools related to job functions. Proficient in tests performed for systems operations with ability to determine repairs needs and effectively communicate them to management. Advance operational knowledge of at least 5 major systems (HVAC) and pneumatic controls, building steam systems, domestic and industrial water systems, compressed air systems, refrigeration, air conditioning compressors and controls, water systems, electrical systems, Emergency Generator, UPS and other related controls and systems. Effective communication and leadership to direct personal on a day to day basis. Effective communication with Site Customers to address needs for all Facilities related requests.
