Were looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our growing team in Calgary. In this key role, you'll lead high-end millwork projects from start to finish, acting as the main point of contact for clients while collaborating closely with our design, production, and installation teams.

What Youll Do

  • Review architectural plans and create shop drawings for production.
  • Lead project meetings with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships through site visits and design consultations.
  • Oversee material take-offs and coordinate purchasing needs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks while driving schedule and financial success.
  • Track change orders, monitor job costs, and manage monthly billing.
  • Maintain and update project schedules to meet milestones.
  • Represent Executive Millwork professionally with clients, suppliers, and team members.
  • Contribute to our continuous improvement initiatives and high standards.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial millwork or construction.
  • Proven success managing millwork or construction projects valued at $1M+.
  • Strong understanding of construction drawings and blueprints.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to prioritize and work under tight deadlines.
  • Experience in AutoCAD and/or Microvellum.
  • Knowledge of custom millwork design and construction methods.
