Job Title: Building Envelope Project Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Roofing Project Manager to join our Building Envelope Team. This role involves managing all aspects of project management including client meetings, site visits, construction document preparation, and construction administration/management. A strong emphasis is placed on Revit design as the team produces their own drawings. Projects primarily involve working with clients who manage multiple building campuses, including K-12, higher education, and government facilities, as well as assisting with architectural detailing.
Responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings and site visits.
- Prepare construction documents and 'as built' drawings.
- Manage construction administration through project completion.
- Act as the client's representative during construction phases.
- Design and review building elements including roofs, masonry, curtain walls, windows, and sub-base structures.
- Frequent local travel to project sites with occasional overnight trips.
Essential Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in design (Revit) or construction management.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Project management experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- RRO or RRC credential.
Work Environment
The office is located in Fort Wayne, Indiana, in a clean, modern, and comfortable setting at the Baker Street Station. It offers a quiet atmosphere conducive to focused work. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 7/8 AM to 4/5 PM, totaling 40 hours per week with occasional overtime based on project needs. The dress code is business casual, allowing for polos and jeans.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $31.25 - $40.86/hr.
