Job Description We are seeking a skilled Drafter proficient in AutoCAD with experience in the cellular or land mobile radio (LMR) industry, particularly in site design information. Experience in the power distribution industry is considered a plus. The successful candidate will work closely with design engineers to compile comprehensive site packages, including components such as power distribution to equipment, equipment placement within racks, Radio Frequency distribution within shelters, tower drawings for equipment installation and maintenance, antenna placement specifics, and network equipment location with connection diagrams. Attention to detail and accuracy are critical in this role. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with design engineers to gather necessary information for site packages.
- Create detailed packages that include power distribution, equipment placement, and RF distribution.
- Develop tower drawings to facilitate installation and maintenance of tower equipment.
- Determine antenna placement including height and direction specifications.
- Design network equipment location and connection diagrams.
- Ensure high accuracy and attention to detail in all drafting tasks.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience in the cellular or LMR industry.
- Familiarity with site design information.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Experience in the power distribution industry is a plus.
