Roofer

Carries out responsibilities in accordance with the companys policies and applicable laws.

Requirements:
*Requires clear communication skills, initiative, good judgment, and a calm demeanor.
*Safety is our priority. Must be familiar with all company safety standards and policies, safe practices, and guidelines that pertain to the roofing industry.
*Knowledge and experience in basic carpentry.
*Broad knowledge of all roof products and installation (single ply, tile, shingle, and TPO).
*Must be comfortable with heights and climbing ladders.
*Knowledge and experience using handheld and power tools are important.
*Must be able to tolerate working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
*Willingness to learn new skills.
*Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
*Must be reliable and show up to work on time.
*Professional appearance while representing the company.
