Lead Framer

We are a small Framing company looking fill a lead Framing position.
Must have 3-5 years framing experience building custom homes in a production setting.
We do new construction and remodel framing.
I am looking for an individual that can read plans and is comfortable delegating tasks to others.
Must have a reliable vehicle, own set of tools, and a positive attitude.
