Lead Carpenter

Focal Point Construction is a small high end new construction and remodel company looking for a Lead Carpenter to start immediately. Please see our website at focalpoint.homes to learn more about our company. We are located in Santa Rosa and work primarily in Sonoma County.

Looking for self starters with a strong work ethic that desire a long term career and opportunity to grow with company.
Must have good communication skills.
Must be neat and organized.
Prefer Journeyman applicants with at least 5 years carpentry experience.
Job duties would include carpentry of all types from demo and framing through finish with a heavy emphasis on finish.
Pay is based upon experience and proficiency, see compensation below.
Must be able to work closely with and get along with others.
Must be able to follow plans/instructions.
Must have most carpentry tools, some large tools are provided if needed.
This position would be a long term position for the right candidate.
Must be available full-time, 40 hours per week, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Must have reliable transportation.
