A broad knowledge of construction.
Experience with framing, sheetrock, and general repairs.
Expert level tile installer.

Requirements:
Must speak english. Spanish is ok but everyone must speak good english.
Clean and professional appearance.
reliable transportation.
Basic tools including hand tools and a cordless set.
