We are looking for a MOTIVATED, HONEST and RELIABLE maintenance technician!
If you have excellent work ethic and pride in what you do, we are interested in meeting with you!
The successful candidate should be a handyman with plenty of experience that is able to work independently, track time/materials, and keep our tenants happy.
We have several apartment buildings in the Anchorage area, and you will be repairing and handling the upkeep of those buildings.
The ideal candidate will have experience with plumbing, electric, sheetrock repairs, texturing/painting, and basic carpentry. You should be able to change a thermocouple, sweat solder copper pipes, bleed air from a boiler loop, safely change a light fixture or outlet, fix anything that leaks under a sink, read a tape measurer and cut a straight line with a Skilsaw.
You must also keep accurate record of repairs made, hours and invoices.
Ideal weekly schedule and hours are Tuesday thru Saturday, 9:00am to 6:00pm. Some call-outs may also occur after hours for emergencies (typically 4-5 times a year).

Punctual
Organized
Self-starter
Your own vehicle (truck is preferred)
Basic hand tools (additional plumbing tools preferred)
Able to work 40 hours per week
Reasonably available to handle evening emergencies that arise.
Must pass background check, no criminal history
