Welder Fabricator

salary: $17 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5:30 PM

Responsibilities

Will use various welding techniques to fabricate metal structures and components by cutting, shaping, assembling, and welding metal pieces according to blueprints and specifications. Required to read and interpret technical drawings, operate welding equipment, and utilize other fabrication tools to create complete metal products or parts within quality standards; essentially combining welding skills with metal fabrication techniques to construct metal structures or items from raw materials

The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time

working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week

Tape measure (2 years of experience is required)

Blueprint Reading (2 years of experience is required)

Welding (3 years of experience is required)

Fabrication (3 years of experience is required)
