Job Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in accordance with NEC and local codes
Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs or replacements
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
Collaborate with contractors and tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget
Conduct inspections to identify potential hazards or code violations
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations
Train, manage, and mentor apprentice electricians

Requirements:
Colorado Licensed Electrician (Journeyman - 3+ years experience)
Strong knowledge of NEC & local electrical codes
Panel upgrades & residential remodels expertise
Proficiency in troubleshooting, reading blueprints & schematics
Clean driving record (Company vehicle may be provided)
Must pass a background check (No felony convictions within 5 years)
Own basic hand tools for the trade
Ability to work independently & manage apprentices

Physical Requirements:
Lift & carry up to 50 lbs
Comfortable working at heights & in confined spaces
Ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, bend, kneel, & reach
Schedule: Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM (40+ hours per week)
Project-based travel required
