Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Concrete Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete construction and estimating, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for concrete projects

• Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to determine scope

• Perform quantity take-offs and cost analysis

• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and project managers

• Assist with bid preparation and project scheduling

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in concrete estimating or a related construction field

• Strong knowledge of concrete materials, methods, and construction practices

• Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office

• Strong math and analytical skills

• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
