Journeyman Electrician**
**Job Description**
As a Journeyman Electrician, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for electrical construction, building automation systems, data and telecommunications networks, security, and energy analytics. This role involves working across various industrial facilities in Lock Haven, PA, with occasional travel to State College, ensuring high-quality electrical installations, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
**Responsibilities**
+ Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and industrial environments.
+ Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
+ Perform electrical testing and diagnostics to identify and resolve issues.
+ Install and connect wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and other electrical components.
+ Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
+ Troubleshoot and repair electrical equipment and systems, including motors, transformers, and control systems.
+ Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.
+ Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects efficiently.
+ Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
+ Respond to emergency electrical issues promptly and effectively.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 5 years of electrical experience.
+ Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
+ Ability to work in commercial and industrial settings.
+ Proficiency in blueprint reading and PLC troubleshooting.
+ Experience with automated equipment, motor control, conduit bending, arc flash, and mechanical tasks.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $35.00/hr.
