Denver Metro Area | On-Site with Some Hybrid Flexibility Full-Time | Salary Range: $100,000–$125,000 DOE

A respected Denver-based architecture firm with more than 30 years of experience is seeking a Project Architect / Project Manager to join their growing team. Known for designing impactful civic and institutional spaces across Colorado and the Mountain West, this firm offers a unique opportunity to lead work that shapes communities while contributing to a culture of integrity, innovation, and collaboration.

The Opportunity

As a Project Architect / Project Manager , you’ll step into a leadership role that blends design expertise with project oversight. From early concept through construction, you’ll be responsible for managing the vision, process, and client communication across complex, high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as Project Architect / Project Manager for public-sector projects throughout the region

• Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, consultants, and clients across all phases of design and construction

• Lead planning, programming, feasibility studies, and total project cost modeling

• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative studio culture

• Ensure quality, schedule, and budget goals are met throughout project delivery

Qualifications

• Registered Architect in Colorado

• Minimum of 10 years of architectural experience

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), and Adobe Acrobat

• Proven success in a Project Architect / Project Manager role, ideally in civic or institutional project @types

• Strong communication, leadership, and team-building skills
