Equipment Operator

We are seeking a skilled Equipment Operator to join our site construction team in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy machinery used in grading, excavation, utilities, paving, and other site development work.

Safety and efficiency are top priorities in this role.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Operate heavy equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoes, skid steers, and loaders

- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

- Read and interpret grade stakes, blueprints, and project plans

- Work with site supervisors and laborers to ensure job site coordination

- Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment

- Assist with loading/unloading materials and job site cleanup as needed

**Qualifications:**

- 2+ years of experience operating construction equipment

- Familiarity with civil site development processes (grading, trenching, utilities, etc.)

- Valid drivers license; CDL preferred but not required

- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification a plus

- Ability to pass drug screening and background check

**Physical Requirements:**

- Ability to lift 50 lbs, work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Comfortable working on uneven terrain and around active machinery
