We are looking for a maintenance mechanic to install and maintain manufacturing machines and equipment at our Fort Worth plant. Your primary responsibilities will be to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary repairs or replacements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and deep understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, and pneumatics are crucial to this role. This role also requires physical stamina and strength, as youll have to stand for long hours and occasionally carry heavy loads.
We are hiring for the following shifts:
- **Continental Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:30pm**
- **Continental Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:30am**

What you will bring to the role:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Mechanic, or similar role, in the manufacturing industry (food and beverage manufacturing preferred).
- Strong knowledge of electrical controls, pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanics.
- Familiarity using various power and hand tools, including diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to supply own tools.
- Previous work experience with HMI, PLC, and VFDs.
- Adherence to safety protocols and procedures when working with machinery and equipment.
- Innovative thinker with issue-framing and analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to deploy resources effectively and strive for continuous improvements.
